NANCY DEMARIA garments are made to order and take approximately 6 weeks to complete. You will receive an expected ship date within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of some national holidays. Our garments are shipped from Lititz, PA. Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route.
Complimentary Lifetime Repairs are offered for every dress for any issues with sewing quality.
This includes things like ripped seams, popped buttons, fraying hems. This warranty does not
cover normal wear and tear—which includes but is not limited to: normal pilling, staining,
correcting others’ alterations, or destruction of some part of the dress—nor is it an alteration service.
Please note, if any dressmaker other than NANCY DEMARIA makes alterations or repairs to your dress, the NANCY DEMARIA Complimentary Lifetime Repairs warranty will be voided. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis and repairs may take up to 6 weeks, excluding shipping time. As with our regular orders, we only offer this service within the USA. If you choose to use an international forwarding service, your orders are not eligible for repairs. All repairs require prior authorization. Shipments sent without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. We do not cover your shipping costs. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure that your shipment is protected and determine your best shipping option. If your product needs repair, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a description of the product issue. If possible, please include the original order number so we can easily reference the order.
Unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with original tags and packaging. If the product is damaged or used, it shall not be refunded. Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the item is listed as final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All custom and vintage dresses are final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges without exceptions.

Contact us at email@example.com before returning any item. Include your contact information and reason for return. We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent without prior knowledge. Use a tracked and insured return shipping method (the customer is responsible for the package until it has reached us). Also include your contact details inside the package. Any package lost or damaged during the return process will not be refunded, therefore we highly recommend you save your receipt. Shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure that your shipment is protected and determine your best shipping option. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees, or items damaged in shipping. Forward your package tracking ID to us once you send the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if we approve or reject your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees, or items damaged in shipping. If your items are damaged upon arrival, please take detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damaged item(s). Email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery to request a replacement. We are unable to issue a replacement without proper documentation.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Alternatively, the person who purchased the product for you can return the item and we’ll refund them.
